The HMS-1800 (MPN: HMS-1800) from Hoymiles is the perfect microinverter for your balcony power plant. The compact lightweight (only 4.7kg) is suitable for solar power production with up to four solar panels up to an output of 360 to 600+W each. Just like all other microinverters from Hoymiles, it is suitable for long operating hours and wide PV module applications, as its start-up voltage is very low (only 22V) and the DC input range of the operating voltage (16-60V) is extremely wide.

Compared to its predecessor model from the HM series, the HMS-1800 offers more safety for rooftop solar power plants thanks to its fast shutdown and isolated transformer. The new sub-1G radio solution enables more stable communication with the Hoymiles gateway DTU.

Optimum reliability

Simple design

Each microinverter can be quickly mounted on the PV mounting frame or directly under the PV module. The PV module is connected to the microinverter directly on site, eliminating the risk of people being exposed to dangerously high DC voltage.
