HUAWEI Energy Storage System (ESS) LUNA2000-14-S1 is an upgrade for more power, safety and efficiency. This high energy density PV battery with lithium iron phosphate cell chemistry offers a guaranteed long lifetime of 15 years and a future-oriented design. With scalability options per ESS tower from 7 to 21 kWh, the LUNA2000-S1 series meets a variety of energy storage requirements and offers homeowners the flexibility to increase the capacity of their storage system as needed, whether to increase self-consumption or to provide sufficient backup capacity. Module+ optimization allows the LUNA2000-S1 to utilize the integrated energy optimizer, which improves usable energy by more than 40%*.

Independent management at module level enables fast charging and discharging with 3.5 kW for each battery module and a maximum input and output power of 10.5 kW for each energy storage system.

1 Charge/discharge power derating and, if necessary, heating at temperatures from -20°C to +5°C & +45°C to +55°C. Recommended operating temperature +15°C to +30°C.

2 The 15-year warranty only applies if the LUNA200-S1 is connected to the SmartPVMS. For details, please refer to the warranty conditions.

3 Only with the new SUN2000-12/15/17/20/25K-MB0 inverter can you expand the storage capacity of a single PV system by operating up to 4 towers in parallel. The maximum storage capacity controlled by a single inverter is 84 kWh.
