The Growatt NEO 800M-X is a single-phase microinverter that has been specially developed for the problem-free use of balcony power plants or mini solar systems. The inverter is compatible with the Growatt Noah2000 battery storage system and thus offers an enormously cost-effective and simple solution for a balcony power plant with lithium storage.

With 2 independent MPPT inputs and an impressive maximum PV output of 320W up to 540W, this inverter is ideal for smaller systems. In addition, the inverter offers a WiFi function that enables effortless system monitoring. This makes it an optimal choice for setting up and managing balcony power plants, where ease of use and high efficiency are of great importance.

Two MPP trackers for optimum solar yields

Maximum Power Point Tracker (MPPT) technology makes it possible to maximize the yield of a solar system by determining the ideal relationship between solar radiation, module temperature and the properties of the solar cells over the course of the day. The NEO Inverter with two MPP trackers allows the optimum operating point for two separate photovoltaic strings to be optimized independently of each other. These two trackers work independently, which means that shading in one string, for example, has no effect on the other.

AC type III SPD

A type III SPD on the AC side of the inverter is a protective device that protects the inverter and connected components in solar systems from overvoltages. It safely detects and diverts overvoltages caused by external influences such as lightning strikes to prevent damage to the equipment and ensure the reliability of the system.
